• Mechanical Assembly – Torque-controlled fastening, Riveting, Bonding, etc.
• Acoustic Mitigation – Custom designed materials can be applied to control noise.
• Electrical Assembly – MPE integrates fans, heating and cooling components, Cable Assembly and a variety of other electrical components to allow our clients to receive a platform ready for electronics and software to be loaded and tested. This mid-level assembly offers an extremely cost effective paradigm for our OEM clients or their contract manufacturing partners.
• Electrical Testing – Hi Pot, Ground Continuity, Ground Bond and product specific cycle testing where appropriate.
• Packaging – MPE provides custom packaging solutions including, corrugated packaging, custom crating, hybrid solutions and returnable packaging where applicable.
