Challenges

Medtronic-Treon needed a cart that would:

• Protect highly sensitive components
• Move nimbly in tight OR spaces
• Reflect the system’s unique “personality”

Solution

MPE designed and built a camera cart and a viewing cart to be used independently or docked together. Electronic and optical components were integrated in a housing built to EMC standards and counterbalanced to ensure stability through a full range of arm movements. The engaging design complements the user-friendly appearance of the Treon system.
